I completed my first round of Whole 30, took a one weekend break (but didn't get crazy. I followed Melissa's "one bite rule") and found that I was ready to return for a second Whole30 round. I still do my best to stick to a Paleo lifestyle, but put very strict limits on sugar intake. After doing those two months things were normal and by month 6 and a doctor's appointment, I was found to be cyst-free. *I'm not claiming that Whole30 is the cure-all, but I am saying that I learned a tremendous lesson that the food I am placing in my body has significant impact on the way in which it functions.* I hope this has been helpful!
