The camera is shorter than the case, so you have to dig it out of a hole. Realistically, you can only remove it by pulling on the wrist strap. The batteries are not as pictured and not by Panasonic. The Panasonic battery is labeled 3.6 volts and their CTA battery has a sticker for 3.7V - you have to trust they will work OK. Total cost of $40.90 may be a good value for the 2 batteries.
