I got this for my sister as a Xmas gift. I preloaded it with old pictures that I had of her growing up along with other older pics of the family that I scanned in. The directions isnt very clear on how to use the USB with the computer and how to actually load the pics but I figured it out after the first try. What I did was plugged the USB into the keychain than into the computer... than turn it on and set the USB to "on", my computer then recongized it. And to load the pics was much easier, just locate where your pics are saved and drag and drop or increase the size if you want it displayed bigger on the keychain. The pic quality isnt bad either not for the price! I think my sister is going to love this!!!
