The SVP DC 12DX delivers quality, up to 12MP interpolated resolution images with a High End "One of the Best In The World" Omnivision CMOS Image Sensor, and the ability to produce images that are suitable for printing at sizes larger than 8x10 inches. Record Full Featured Color Videos and share them with friends and family. The Oversized 2.4" Full Color TFT LCD monitor allows you to see the images and examine them in detail before and after you take a photo or video. An autoflash sensor automatically detects lighting conditions and determines whether the flash should be used or not. The internal 32 MB of memory allows for storage of images without the use of an external card, however the DC 12DX is expandable using a SD Secure Digital up to 32GB with the built in memory card slot. (most cameras only support up to 2GB SD). Download the images to your computer using the included USB cable, enhance, and retouch them with the included easy to use editing software thats included, or any other image editing software.

A really good small camera that takes excellent clear sharp pictures. Great value for money. Not for the shaky hand set though. It could benefit from optical image stabilization technology, but if you have still hands or a tripod it will give you the clearest pictures you have ever seen.The resolution is unbelievable as you can blow up the picture to life size without loss of clarity.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this "camera" is awful (ie. sucks). The actual product looks and feels like something you get at Chuck E. Cheese for 100 tickets. The 12MP is a flat out lie. I've read other reviews of this camera -- after I bought it -- and can't technically explain why this is, but one look in the viewfinder and one picture later it's very clear. (Or maybe I should say not so clear). Thank goodness I didn't give this to my nine-year old.
Amazon, I love you and did most of my Christmas shopping with you. Pull this product.

This camera was just what I was looking for. My daughter will have a very Merry Christmas indeed! The service was fast and the seller was easy and very reliable to work with. This camera is a very good camera. It is easy to use and take excellent pictures.It's size makes it easy to take with me everywhere I go. For the price I couldn't ask for more.
